The Gibor Seder
A Gibor Guide to Building Emunah at Your Seder
Intro
The goal of the Seder is to build Emunah, faith, and Bitachon, trust, in Hashem. This pamphlet is a simple plan for an emunah-focused Seder. Simple, but foundational. Simple in text, but it keeps your head locked on the Seder as an emunah generator for you and your family.
Use it how you need. As you lead your own seder or as a guest at another. Even keep it for yourself. The Seder is for building your Emunah in whatever way speaks to you best. It has been the anchor of my Seder for a while now and can work in any Seder situation you may find yourself.
If the kids are wild, if the guests are tired, or if the Seder needs to move, that’s the avodah for the moment. But you can still have a Seder that builds the Emunah you and your family needs.
May Hashem help this guide keep you focused, present, and anchored.
This approach comes partly from a dear friend of mine and from some other Torah sources. Any mistakes or misquotes are mine.
Download a shortened copy here so you can use it at your own Seder.

Before You Start
Have your own Haggadah. Not overloaded with peirushim, that’s for learning before the seder starts. At the Seder, keep it simple. Use English if needed. And write in it. Make it yours. Write these notes. Write your own. Own it.
At the top of every page, I wrote for myself:
Emunah - Bitachon.
So no matter what happens, even if you need to skip or rush, the goal of the Seder never leaves your mind.
The Steps of the Seder.
Of course there is so much more to say. I hope this was just a start.
כל המרבה הרי זה משובח.
May you be zocheh to have a meaningful and enjoyable Seder. May you and your family continue to grow in Emunah and Bitachon and for all of us to be Zoche to greet Moshiach L’shana Habah Mitoch Harchavos Hadaas.
